How to book our trip in 8 easy steps !

STEP 1

Fill in reservation form, specify date, number of persons, additional options and any other important information.

STEP 2

We look into your inquiry and get back to you via e-mail with a personalized offer including your preferences, reservation confirmation with payment details, terms and conditions of the trip and the contract.

STEP 3

If everything meets your expectations, sign the contract and send a scan or photo of it back to us. By signing the contract and paying the first tranche you confirm the conclusion of the contract and acceptance of terms and conditions.

STEP 4

Within 3 working days you receive booking card by e-mail which is to be taken to Cuba and delivered to Flamingo Travel representative (according to terms and conditions you are entitled to change persons you are travelling with up to 7 days prior to the planned departure to Cuba).

STEP 5

Make payments on dates and in the amount specified in the contract.

STEP 6

You can change persons you are traveling with up to 7 days prior to the departure date by e-mail by sending us the Purchaser Name, trip name and date and details of accompanying persons who will eventually go with you.

STEP 7

7 days prior to the departure date you receive booking card with updated information which is to be taken to Cuba and delivered to our representative. 

STEP 8

Our representative meets you on Cuba. We wish you an unforgettable experience.
